Darkness is the enemy
The only true way to get out of the dark, is to step into the light. While my eyes were closed, I visualized all the darkness just fading away and the light taking control. Maybe I've been in the dark too long, but the breathing helps, especially when the voice says to imagine the stress from the dark, just fading away into nothing. It's really peaceful. I just hate that I've been so busy lately that I have missed out on a lot of meditation. I'm just trying to survive in a cruel and demanding world, and my meditation had been put on hold for a while. But, I hope that I can continue with this, because it really helps.
