With breathing, there is really nothing you need to do - it happens all by itself. You can practice letting go of control and 'fix-it' mind so you can use it when you need it, and not have it running when you don't.
I feel like this one was recorded with me in mind. I do struggle to fix, control, and stay on top of everything and I liked the way this session made it simple to turn that off, if only for a few minutes.

learning to let go
I have such a habit of needing to control but by watching the breath just happening all by itself, I saw that maybe I can stop trying to organise the world around me and just chill out a bit....

I’ve been feeling physically sick for a few days, and this practice helped me let go of even that pain for a moment. For once, I wasn’t concentrating on my headaches. And that actually helped me feel better.

Just Let Go
These sessions are always scary accurate to my life situations LOL. With moving into my first home these last 2 weeks, I’ve done nothing but stress and try to plan out every little detail. I need to learn to step down and simply just let things be. I know everything will fall into place in the end, so micromanaging everything will only be detrimental to my wellbeing.

Much needed moment.
I know my mind can be busy sometimes, but I didn’t realize just how busy, or even how soon after getting out of bed. I will be using this recording to help me throughout the day to just slow down and relax when needed.

Letting Go Using Breath
Thanks for your gentle guidance. I was able to calm myself after a restless night of stress dreams. Meditation works!🙏
I love that she talks about not having to control everything, allow things to happen on their own. Placing my hands on my belly and letting myself breathe naturally, it was a great practice!!

Letting Go
I used to be the type who had a hard time letting things go. I’d let them bother me until I would snap and get angry at the people I care about. Now I’ve learned to let things go and not let them bother me

Letting Go
Letting go of the things I cannot control is definitely a learning experience, but one that I'm ready to learn.

Let go
It's hard to remember that we don't need to control everything. This was very grounding. Some things do indeed take care of themselves. We should be grateful for our bodies.

Letting go of control
When the lady brought up control I could relate very much because I get extremely anxious when I’m not in control of situations or if I don’t know what’s going to happen next, so this exercise really helped me to “just be” without any worries about what is going to happen or what has happened. I feel much lighter.

Letting go
I tend to need to control things because I’m always afraid of will happen if I don’t. This was so helpful in recognizing that I need to let go.

JUST LET GO. JUST ACCEPT WHAT HAS ALREADY HAPPENED AND ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR STILL STANDING AND CAN STILL WORK TOWARDS THE LIFE YOU WANT. THATS HOW I FELT..JUST LET GO..I SAW ME SMILING AND SPINNING IN A GRASS FIELD PLACE FALLING IN FLOWERS. I EMBRACE ME 💜💜💜

Letting Go Using the Breath
Does anyone else notice that when they bring their attention to the breath, it no longer happens naturally? I find that moving your attention to another part of the body or your environment (distracting yourself) is the only way for your breathing to just occur.

Take a mind break!
I love it- just let the body take care of itself for a few minutes - relax, and revel at the wonder. Namaste
