WOW!! Great stuff here!! I have a tendency to run from my emotions, specially things that were painful. Thanks for teaching a healthy way to deal with all of this and to release the things that do not serve me. Your clear steps have provided a tangible way for me to do to deal with the uncomfortable. 🙏🏽
