Letting Go Of Control

Often we feel like if we can just control the world around us, we will feel safe. However, most often this strategy backfires, leaving us feeling burnt out and more stressed from trying to hold everything together. In this breathwork session, we will practice releasing control, loosening our grip, and finding safety and security within. This session uses a tractive breath pattern paired with the beautiful affirmation: " I no longer force things, what crashes, crashes. What flows, flows. I only have space and time for the things that are meant for me". It's safe to let go of control. Let's breathe.
