Often we feel like if we can just control the world around us, we will feel safe. However, most often this strategy backfires, leaving us feeling burnt out and more stressed from trying to hold everything together. In this breathwork session, we will practice releasing control, loosening our grip, and finding safety and security within. This session uses a tractive breath pattern paired with the beautiful affirmation: " I no longer force things, what crashes, crashes. What flows, flows. I only have space and time for the things that are meant for me". It's safe to let go of control. Let's breathe.

I no longer control things What crashes, crashes what flows, flows
I no longer force things. What crashes, crashes. What flows, flows. I only have time for those things that serve me.

Letting Go…
Letting go, I release everything that is out of my control. Letting go, I no longer force things. Letting go, I only have space and time for the things that are meant for me. Namaste 🙏🏻❤️☮️

Beautiful Breathwork
I cannot control people places or things but I can flow with what works and let the broken patterns begin to shift and fall away.

I felt within myself, my mind was quiet. I could hold my breath for an unusually long time, with no effort or burden. Calmness. I am not this body.

WOW
I so enjoyed the breath work combined with the mantra. I feel energized now. I’m so glad that this was a ‘pick’ for me today. I am a perfectionist and plan to repeat this one.

Energized!
I feel surprised at how energized I feel. Very little mind wandering. Tension remains but energy is surging. I only have time snd space for what is meant for me.

Energized
Control is an illusion. The only control we have is how we respond to any situation that comes our way. Learning the tractive breath, along with reciting the affirmations, I feel energized, grounded, and free. Affirmations: I no longer force things, what crashes, crashes. What flows, flows. I only have space and time for the things that are meant for me. The universe will send you exactly what you need when you are sending a clear message. Yesterday, I was just thinking that I needed to work on ways of letting go of control. And, this breath work session was the 1st recommendation that showed up to begin my day with. I am thankful I have this new breath technique along with the affirmations to add to my tools of building emotional resilience.

Control
I've never been a person to run around seeking control. I strive to "keep my side of the street clean". However, I have met many people who have that mentality. Especially with narcissistic tendencies. My last relationship was with a person obsessed with what he looked like and controlling everything around him. And much more! I find with my approach, which is to do the best I can with myself only, that things go the way life goes. Trying to, like in my example, getting this ex to contact me when he was mad was frustrating. But sitting back and realizing, hey, I don't have to be stressed right now. Make a change. Go do something else. Clear your mind. Works every time.
