Stepping out of my comfort zone.
The last few days I’ve stepped out of my comfort zone and to be honest, for most of this time, I didn’t feel anxious or worried. Then today, I started to over analyze that I haven’t been feeling anxious and started looking for the anxiety. Looking for something to worry about as the hum of worry that’s usually at the back of my mind had been silenced. As soon as I started looking, I found the anxiety again. This meditation was good in helping to remind me that it is ok to let go.
