It is a relief from stress and anxiety to just focus on my natural inhale and exhale without making “breath work” into another project. I like the image of floating on my breath as though I was floating on the water. Thanks for this imagery.🙏🏻

There’s a constant urge to do something, to get something done, whether it be to finish a project you’re working on, or even to complete a thought. We usually don’t realize it’s there, but it is. Really focusing on trying to not try can help to alleviate this urge, even for just a few minutes.
