It is a relief from stress and anxiety to just focus on my natural inhale and exhale without making “breath work” into another project. I like the image of floating on my breath as though I was floating on the water. Thanks for this imagery.🙏🏻

There’s a constant urge to do something, to get something done, whether it be to finish a project you’re working on, or even to complete a thought. We usually don’t realize it’s there, but it is. Really focusing on trying to not try can help to alleviate this urge, even for just a few minutes.

Cleansing...
I felt like a huge sheet on a line drying in the sun. The Cosmic Breathe blowing thru my fiber weave and cleaning out all the unwanted ‘stuff’. Just flipping here and flapping there, no cares, no agenda, no controlling ... just hangin in the breeze... I am cosmic clean... And boy do I smell good!!

It’s hard to focus on anything when I feel this anxious, but the exercise helped to bring my heart rate down which helped me to see the physical benefit even though my mind is still racing.

I learned that even when distracted these meditations still leave an impression on you. I took away from this meditation that it’s ok to just be, breathe. That you can take time out for 3 minutes and you don’t have to be doing anything, working, achieving or doing anything in that time, you can just be, Me time.

I have been having a lot of anxiety that only comes to the surface when I am trying to relax my mind. Due to my limited experience with meditation, I become aware that my thoughts are getting obsessive, overwhelming when I am thinking to myself. I felt that in the practice today as well. But when her instructions subtly carried me away from the thoughts and calmed me by suggesting that I don't have to do anything but sit with my breath.

I am able to find a new normal. This has been incredibly challenging. Working through some personal, but work related issues, has been trying. Finally I can learn to mute a text, and read texts as I choose. Not just some Pavlovian auto response.

I'm glad i do these meditations in the morning now. If you want to know how i do them, it's simple. All you need, is a window and Aura. And a yoga mat. But you don't have to. Sit down in front of the open window and listen to the sound of nature. With a little help from Aura❤️
