Gently Let Go
Personally, the “living” I find most challenging is “to let go”. I am aware it is most healthy to let go of past hurts, be they from friends, family or complete strangers… when they hurt, they hurt. The magic through my healing process is developing the understanding that the hurt heals every time I allow for the memory to be released, when I choose to let it go. This meditation is, for me, remarkably gentle and effective supporting the letting go process and allowing for life to flow. I am present to feeling rejuvenated and being in the space of openness, peacefulness and optimism. 🙏❤️🤍💛
