Today, let us pause and remember the lives lost to suicide, acknowledge those who have experienced suicidal thoughts, and the many individuals, families, and communities who have been impacted by suicide. I asked my good friend, who has been personally impacted by suicide, to write this meditation as a gentle offering of support. If you or someone you know could use them, please listen and share.
