This morning meditation will allow your inner joy to shine and drop into a deeper sense of calm. Take a moment to settle into your body. Feel your breath flow gently, like a stream softly weaving through your chest. With each inhale, you draw in peace. And with each exhale, you release all that no longer serves you. Allow yourself to simply be here, present, and at ease. Close your eyes and turn your awareness inward. There is a light within you, a flame that has always burned brightly. It may have dimmed at times, hidden beneath layers of fear or doubt. But today, we will uncover it, we will let it rise, and let your inner joy shine. Feel this light already beginning to stir.
