This morning meditation will guide you to let the wind carry you as you breathe in openness. Close your eyes. Feel the quiet hum of the morning, the subtle movement of the air around you. Take a slow breath in, as if you're inhaling the sky itself. Let it expand through you, opening space where tightness once lived. Now exhale, allowing whatever is heavy to be carried beyond you. There is a rhythm to life, one that does not demand, does not grasp. It moves like the wind— Effortless, unbound, knowing exactly where to go. It does not ask permission. It does not resist change. It simply moves.
