This morning meditation will guide you to let the simple things be enough and realize you are enough, too. Go ahead and get yourself settled in a way that feels comforting to your body right now. Close your eyes if that feels good to you, and take a deep, full breath in… and exhale slowly through your mouth. Let your body soften, your shoulders drop, and your belly loosen. Take another breath in, and as you exhale, let go of whatever is on your mind, or what might feel heavy.
