So many of us hold layers of stress and tension in our bodies. There often is a physical layer of stress, an emotional layer, and a psychological layer, as well as environmental layers, that all get held in the physical body. Often without us being aware of it consciously. This guided meditation invites the listener to go through the body, and deliberately invite each part to soften and melt into the ground. This allows tension and stress to melt away, even if just for a brief period of time, which helps build resilience, buffer us against the impact of stress, and find our natural state of well-being and calm again. Please note there is no call back at the end of this meditation, in case you want to use it to help fall asleep.
