The antidote to anxiety is action. Soothe your stress by scribbling out your worries and concerns and reignite childlike joy. All you need is a piece of paper and your favorite writing utensil. Don't worry, you don't have to be a professional artist; anyone can doodle and scribble. This meditation is inspired by the EMDR resourcing skill to help regulate your nervous system.
