Letting go is a necessary part of moving on, but letting go is something that is so hard for many of us. This meditation invites you to use the exhale to begin to let something go.

Great way to end the day
This was a good practice for anytime of day, but it was a relaxing way to let go of past stress and be more present.
As I was browsing through Facebook I saw Jimmy’s mom with her nieces children. She had a big smile on her face. A smile that I never see her have with her own children. It upset me, and then that upset turned to anger. I had ended up venting to my friend about this. Then turned to a quick meditation session. This was very helpful. I feel lighter than before.
Let go with the out breath. There are so many things that are filling me up that I need to gently let go
Start my day
Excellent way to begin the day - let go of past hurts or pain. The work continues.
I learned that just thinking about releasing something and then breathing it out is helpful for letting go of unuseful things.
I liked using my exhalation to let go of things large and small. As some things are stubborn and sneak back in I can pause to do my focused breathing and let them go again.
I'm letting go of a relationship. Long overdue. It feels good to begin the process.
Used to holding tight
Something not serving me doesn’t have to be monumental or dramatic; I can let go of it solely because it doesn’t feel or sit right.
To let it go for no longer serving you
To let go whether it is emotion or trauma or scar, or anything that hold you back, to let it go
