This breathwork practice is rooted in Transformational Breath® where sound and movement along with deep conscious breathing allows for stress and reduction and a quieting of the mind. Taking deep, conscious, and connected breaths opens up the constricted and dense energy that we all hold in our bodies. Create a breathing space for this session and remember that it is safe to “let go.”
