Slowly
I found myself smiling during this....I hear Katieโ€™s voice and it immediately brings calm. Visualising this perfect butterfly allows me to relax into this feeling of release. Shoulders drop and slowly my brain registers itโ€™s actually ok to let go...Thankyou beautiful! ๐ŸŒท๐ŸŒท๐ŸŒท๐ŸŒท๐Ÿ’ž

Butterflies I let go of: -Overwhelmed (pink and blue) -Depression (she changed color! Into a bright orange -Pent up Anger (bright shaking red) -Loneliness (she was embraced by the other butterflies!) -Unforgiveness (many endlessly released) -Caring what negative people think (the hardest to release, but we made peace)
