I learned that envisioning my stress as a delicate and beautiful butterfly makes it easier for me to let go of it. Thank you for this meditation!

Slowly
I found myself smiling during this....I hear Katie’s voice and it immediately brings calm. Visualising this perfect butterfly allows me to relax into this feeling of release. Shoulders drop and slowly my brain registers it’s actually ok to let go...Thankyou beautiful! 🌷🌷🌷🌷💞
