The meditation uses the exhale to help the listener, let go of anything that is no longer serving them.

Letting Go
Letting go takes practice. At first it is work & self-talk. The more you practice, the easier it becomes until one day you realize letting go happens without a struggle.

Root of holding on
I learned that because I have lost people in the past that were once close to me, I tend to hold very tightly to the people I have. Even though I do this, I still end up losing people at no fault of mine. My emotions often depend on my relationships, and when I feel people start to slip away, it consumes me in hurt, fear, jealousy, bitterness, etc. I need to believe that I am worthy of love no matter how my loved ones treat me. I am worthy.

Calm
I can be calm and let go in even the most stressful situations. This really helped me relax.

Nice little session
Recommended if you just want to relax a little bit. I spent the day in bed feeling poorly. Realized this evening that I completely forgot to take my prescription regimen today! Caught myself up now, and got some food in me, so I guess I can sleep now. ’night Aura!

Hey world
I learnt that I should let go of the past. I must look towards the future if I want to succeed in life.

Exhale
Cassandra, yes! Landed! Exhale, release conflicts! Inhale gratitude! Melt! Thanks.

Accepting sadness
Allowing the feeling of sadness to be ok, and just a thing to accept - and not solve - was nice. I'm surprised how quickly I felt better.

I live for breath
I love the breath and it is where I should always go when the go to when “life” happens. The exhale always feels safe with release. And I forget, well sometimes I remember.

Centering
Checking in with my breathing, I notice my natural breath is shallow and rushed along with feeling tension throughout my body. Listening to Cassandra’s soothing voice, I inhale deeply and slowly exhale letting out a gentle sigh at the end. Focusing on the exhale, I feel my body and mind start to relax. I am brought back to the present moment.

Exhale stress
I learned that I can express boundaries in a kind but firm manner with my Mom. She says things out of love and her own anxiety that I have enveloped as my own while creating my own anxiety. Today, in this moment, instead of allowing anxiety to cripple me, I reached right to Aura for this mediation and my anxiety is relieved after this meditation. I will listen/meditate to this recording as often as I need to. I now feel centered and ready to move on with my day.

Exhale the muck, Inhale my high power
What a great way to end the meditation with inhaling something powerful that I am grateful fir after ridding my mind of that which I no longer want in my mind or in my life.

Natural breathing
How amazing my body is to perform all the functions that keep me alive without my conscious effort, and how to find one thing in my life to be grateful for and to concentrate on that one thing and be happy
