The meditation uses the exhale to help the listener, let go of anything that is no longer serving them.

Letting Go
Letting go takes practice. At first it is work & self-talk. The more you practice, the easier it becomes until one day you realize letting go happens without a struggle.

Root of holding on
I learned that because I have lost people in the past that were once close to me, I tend to hold very tightly to the people I have. Even though I do this, I still end up losing people at no fault of mine. My emotions often depend on my relationships, and when I feel people start to slip away, it consumes me in hurt, fear, jealousy, bitterness, etc. I need to believe that I am worthy of love no matter how my loved ones treat me. I am worthy.

Calm
I can be calm and let go in even the most stressful situations. This really helped me relax.

Nice little session
Recommended if you just want to relax a little bit. I spent the day in bed feeling poorly. Realized this evening that I completely forgot to take my prescription regimen today! Caught myself up now, and got some food in me, so I guess I can sleep now. ’night Aura!

Hey world
I learnt that I should let go of the past. I must look towards the future if I want to succeed in life.

Accepting sadness
Allowing the feeling of sadness to be ok, and just a thing to accept - and not solve - was nice. I'm surprised how quickly I felt better.

I live for breath
I love the breath and it is where I should always go when the go to when “life” happens. The exhale always feels safe with release. And I forget, well sometimes I remember.
