In this exercise we practice lengthening the breath, deepening the breath, and using longer exhales to engage the parasympathetic nervous system - the rest and digest mode.

I noticed that my BP took a good drop after this session. Pulse was also in a better spot. Long inhales were a little tough, so I thought that may have the opposite effect.
