Before you enter your sacred space—your home, your body, or your inner world—pause. In this guided meditation, you’ll imagine (or physically enact) walking up to your front door with a plant waiting for you. This plant lovingly “eats” whatever you’ve been carrying—worries, stress, emotional weight—symbolized as objects in your pockets. One by one, you place them at the roots of the plant and let them go. This practice can be done mentally or physically, anytime during the day, as a psychological and somatic reset. It helps calm the nervous system, release mental clutter, and create a clear boundary between the outer world and your inner peace. Use this meditation to feel lighter, more grounded, and more present—before you step inside.
