Holding onto negativity and anger from past events can cause physical and emotional damage in the present moment. In her novel The Storyteller, Jodi Picot wrote: "Forgiving isn’t something you do for someone else. It's something you do for yourself. It's saying 'You’re not important enough to have a stranglehold on me.' It’s saying, 'You don't get to trap me in the past. I am worthy of a future.’" This recording will help start a natural letting go and lead towards authentic forgiveness. Use daily for three weeks for maximum benefits 15 minutes. No music Wake Ending

I learned that I wanted to hear the other person at least say “I’m sorry I hurt you,” so I’m left to wonder why this was left out of the dialogue.

This meditation is powerful. Delicately and compassionately leads to a safe space bringing comfort with giving forgiveness and experiencing freedom afterwards. I come back to this meditation as often as I am feeling stuck by any resentment towards anyone and it is supporting my healing journey. Thankful. 🙏❤️🤍💛
