This morning meditation will guide you to lay down what you carry and ask the universe to carry it for you. Find a quiet, comfortable place where you can just let yourself breathe. Take a slow, deep breath in. Exhale fully, as if you’re releasing more than air. I know you carry so many responsibilities, worries, and the invisible weight of all you hold for others. And sometimes, it feels like too much.
