Knowing Your (Right) Path - your Purpose
I appreciate you mentioning that with each decade of life comes significant change and decision making. Sometimes, as you said, we are required to make the decision before we feel prepared but the important thing to remember is to trust your heart. Many times I overthink things but when I pay attention...my heart, my gut feelings, are giving me the answer.

I felt that that will help with the decisions that I will make in the future
I learned to trust my feelings and heart when making a decision and not to be frantic about it

Contemplation
I felt that this was significant to listen to now simply because I am at a point where I’m going to be making a lot of decisions that can really alter the course of my life. I am going to be graduating and I am constantly on the go. I feel relatively confident in my choices, however, I think I could benefit from some reflection on what I want post graduation and in life in general right now. Am I rushing myself to make these choices because of the pressure of expectation and anxiety reduction in reciting a ‘well mapped plan’ for after high school? I’m not sure & maybe I should take the time decide.

Great Message BUT
I wish these sessions were more longer and had more opportunity to listen to more meditation sessions or sessions period. These sessions are way too thought provoking just for a short amount of time but anywho, I am glad I listened to this because like many of you im trying to find my purpose and trying to deal with change and constantly adapting it kinda gets scary but you just know to trust that process.

Certainty
I learned that I know when I’ve made the right decision, and that when I have given myself the time to sit with the choice to be made and to really think about what I want, the physical feeling knowing - really knowing - is pervasive through my body, mind and heart.

Decisions
This was comforting. I have many big decisions on my plate and it’s good to have the ability to sit with them and let my subconscious chime in.

Choices
Once I make a decision act on it right away. This will allow the Universe to give me the positive feedback I need to follow thru.

Weighing options
Weighing out your options isn’t a bad thing. You’re actually getting a better understanding of who you are and what you expect. You can also weigh out the different pros and cons of the situation. So it’s not always bad when you have different job offers and you wait because you want to weigh out all your options. You’re simply giving yourself time to learn what you expect and want moving forward.

It feels so right...?
I always felt that making the right decision is when your parents told you it was. However, this year I’ve learned that is not the case. Though there is also the fact I never really asked myself “How do I know if I’ve made the right decision”? I guess, after thinking about, the answer is that I feel safe and I feel that my husband and son will be. This is just what my brain tells me, though I plan to learn how my body feels the moment it feels safe.
