Lost it
I found that I totally drifted away from the session, lost the thread completely. Whelp! On with my day! Actually working today! Designing a batch of displays for an old friend to sell several collections of vintage jewelry at a show. Learned about something awesome too! Did you know that there is a super rare ”precious stone” known as Fordite? It's precious because there is only a finite quantity of it in existence! It's made from the built-up layers of enamel paint used in Detroit to paint automobiles in the past, before the government regulated the kinds of paint which could be used the hard overspray left on the equipment, walls and floors of the painting lines at outfits like Ford (hence ”Fordite”) was at one time harvested, cut and polished into really neat carbachons, and set into jewelry settings! Totally unique and beautiful. And since the auto manufacturers can no longer use these kinds of paint on your cars, there will never be any more of it in existence! As a ”Ford guy” I'm trying to get to keep one of these pieces in trade for my help! If you're interested, heck out more here! http://www.fordite.com

Magical
With these powerful and deep winds tonight, the waning moon 🌙 and my blue lotus flower tea, this meditation was deep and moving. I finished it at 11:11pm ✨

Hmmm🤔
Although one of my favorite quotes by Anais Nin: “And the day came when the risk to remain tight in the bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom,” came to mind during this meditation, for me personally it would have been much better if the practitioner had a gentle tone of voice. The tone of voice was too directive to for the meditation to resonate with me.

to be you must give
this meditation helped me realize that to be who i want to be, to receive what i wish to receive, i must give good. that is a technique i have strayed away from. my current relationship has been blowing up in flames and i haven’t been myself. i have done unspeakable things to the person who i love. i need to give good, love, kindness, out in our world. i cannot let the world suffer more than it should. love everyone, please.

Sharing...
I really enjoyed this 16 min meditation while laying down! Deep breathing is my favorite & The easiest way for me to get in the Zone... 3 D E E P... breathes and she had me... floating... ...She asked where I felt my breathe most - I felt it in my chest and it sounded like far away drums... until I realized & recognized it was my heartbeat💗💗 pulsating with my breathe as I exhale real slow & hum in my throat... ( an old trick I learned to “retune” the body). ... I feel so serene... so heavenly peaceful in the space between breathes... where there is no time, no space & no thoughts... just the elusive NOW... Then we focused on the heart & watch out... !! my chest felt like it was getting thicker and thicker to fit my rapidly expanding 💗 It started glowing and growing & soon my “piano size” chest could not contain this kindness anymore, I had to share it. So I opened the window & allowed my love-thoughts to fly out to the world ... bringing me back to my “normal” self... so I could share this wonderful experience with my tribe! Namaste... ❤️☮️🍀

Very nice
I enjoyed this even though my mind was only partially present. My consciousness shifted and became more serene.

Being present...whatever is going on for you
It is not easy to be present when you have many thoughts. I find it particularly difficult when something disappointed you and it’s still fresh. I meditated and I am working on noticing how I feel. Shifting my mind from I’m the cause of it to I’m at peace with Me.

Living
I learned that I am not living my life. I am preserving my life. I am afraid to do what I want to do - like take photos. I am afraid to do anything alone

Interesting
A meditation which I must practice more. Not much success on the first try.

Love
I get to love myself. Often times I’m only focusing on my external reality. Intentionally sending wellness to my mind and heart was a good thing for me this morning. Today I will send wellness for my heart/mind as many times as I remember to do so.

Act of Generosity
The whole world needs to heal. As individuals, we can use this time to heal and thus, become a more aware, more alert and a more compassionate person. In this beautiful meditation, Cindy creates a space in which we can do just that by going inward to our heart, taking note to what sensations are there and end with offering it much love and care. With my feet firmly on the ground and sitting in my chair, I became aware of my breath in my belly and felt the rise and fall of my belly with each new beautiful breath. Turning my awareness to my heart, I began to breathe into it as I noticed what sensations I felt. With each new beautiful breath, I followed Cindy’s beautiful words and envisioned my heart as a flower opening up with the aid of the morning sunlight and blooming to become it’s full self. With my heart now wide open to receive, love and care began to flood into it, washing my entire Being with an incredible sense of peace. After my entire Being was washed with this sense of peace, I mentally said my peace offering with the rest of the world. Ahhh...what a beautiful experience! With offering our heart this act of generosity, we can feel the peace within that is beyond all understanding. Once we offer this act of generosity to ourselves, we are able to share it with the rest of the world in the form of a beautiful blessing. Namaste 🙏🏻❤️☮️
