Cultivating happiness
I am finding that I get greater benefit from longer meditation practice when my environment is quiet and peaceful. I did not find my mind wandering as much. I could truly focus on the affirmations and having my hand on my heart just felt right.

I learned that it is important to express kindness to myself as I am often my harshest critic
I learned that my mind needs to slow down and that meditation helps me to calm my racing thoughts. Holding my hands against my heart helped me to express kindness towards myself.

Kind
I'm learning that being kind to myself will help me to be kinder to the people around me. I can't be genuinely kind to people until I am to myself.

May I feel protected. May I feel peace.
I feel very calm and safe after this session. I felt these words in my soul.

Spreading...
I saw & felt a strange but comforting kindness spreading across the land like a red blanket being laid on a bed to help keep you warm. I saw this and was curious how this was happening so I looked closer to see what was going on. It turned out to be people “paying it forward” with random acts of loving kindness. Then I noticed it was turning into a competition of who could do the greater act for their neighbor. It was very Powerful and motivating to want to join in... so I did! ❤️🙏🍀
