I love my body
Being aware is the first step. Being aware of how amazing my body it leads to me being grateful for my body. Self-love.
I’m Laying Down...
I know I have a body because I can feel it, kind of the problem regarding spinal arthritis. It’s a mix of pain hovering around a feeling of warmth. That’s my spinal column, my ribs, my shoulder blades. I don’t need to see my body to be aware of it. I’m absolutely sure stress is making things worse, but I’m very aware without needing to move those parts of myself to register myself and the existence of my various bodily places. That’s the thing about pain, it doesn’t really ask your permission.
