This is for kids who could benefit from some validation about their fears, as well as some tips on how to manage these emotions in a friendly way. Sometimes life is hard because we worry about things. Sometimes we can have feelings that we don’t want. Sometimes we can feel scared. This is both a gentle talk with a meditative feel to it. It gives us a strategy for working with uncomfortable emotions. We also acknowledge the times there have been triumphs as well, to draw on strengths that they can access within them.
