During these unprecedented times, it can be easy to compare ourselves to others and feel as though they are thriving while we are struggling. Here is a message that I hope serves as a reminder that says: It's okay to be right where you are at. Feel the relief of letting go of the pressure to be perfect right now, and be proud of your effort as we move through these times together.

Keeping your head above water
It's ok to not be ok. It's even better to be open and honest about it so others realize this as well

New Normal
The last couple of years have brought many changes to our lives for a lot of us. Some of us are still trying to figure out what our new normal is going to be.
And how to thrive in this new normal. Feelings of inadequacy tend to fill our inner world especially through social media when we see others are thriving and we are just doing our best to make it through it each day.
It is okay to not be okay
It is okay to be in survival mode
I feel when we wake up to face a new day even when we are not feeling our best that is thriving. Sometimes all it takes is reminding ourselves that we are doing the best we can in this moment.

Don't compare
Thank you for this. I took a new job in December and I have really been struggling with comparing myself to others and to who I was at other jobs. These words meant so much

Heads up
Wow, I see that I reflected on this before but I needed to hear it again. It is okay. Take a deep breath for yourself
