Best to do sitting on a chair. When you feel for a moment the pressure in your muscles and you release. You can feel a difference in your body. It's a simple but nice technique to feel all your muscles and then relax them.

Short but powerful stress release
Boy, I really benefited from this short meditation. It released a mountain of stress that has been building up overtime but, my back is still aching a little. Thanks Irene ๐Ÿ™๐ŸŒบ

Just squeeze
This was actually really fun. I didnโ€™t know that physically releasing tension in your body could release all the tension on the inside. I noticed that some parts of my body were squeezed the whole time and letting it go was so refreshing. Iโ€™m going to do this more often.

Source of release
This is very helpful, it aids the body in healing. Tension/stress can be toxic!! Great way to relax, drink water after this. Thank you ๐Ÿ™

Relaxing Fun
Similar to Ireneโ€™s other squeeze meditation but with some different moves, like popping out the eyes and the mouth. Very relaxing and a bit fun.

Squeeze and Release
That was such a relaxing exercise, Irene! I not only released the tension in my muscles, but all my negative thoughts and emotions as well. Gassho and Namaste. ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป๐Ÿ’•

I felt good just knowing that I am taking this time for myself.
I learned the importance of taking a break and giving that time back to me. So important to reconnect with myself. Listen to my body and mind. Take mental notes of how I feel, where I am, what am I grateful of.

Great technique
I first learned this technique when I was 12 years old. It was guided like this and it was one of my favorite things to do. I always found myself just doing it at random times in the day. Itโ€™s great that I found this here !! Itโ€™s good to feel the release. I definitely needed to relax !

Squeeze
I had know idea that you could intend to contract every single muscle in your body and that it would do its best to oblige! Felt amazing when you stopped ๐Ÿ˜‰
