We all have people in our lives which we dislike for whatever reason. They make us angry or perhaps a little jealous. How can we creatively deal with these people so that we are not trapped by our own emotions and thoughts? Teaching the mind to understand that these people are just like me in that they want to be happy and free from suffering too. Just like me, they want to find ease in their lives. Practice these thoughts through meditation to help free the mind.

I learned that I should wish for people I don’t care for exactly what I want or what most people want. This takes the power of anger away.
