Just Breathe
Dorothy reminds us in this meditation to just breathe. Our breath is always with us, anchoring us to the present moment. We can learn to control our breath to feel invigorated or relaxed. It is completely up to us.
To just be in the present moment with your breath makes me feel alive. Taking deep breaths, feeling the air fill and expand my lungs and then exhaling fully made my body not only relax, but I am invigorated now. I was tired and needed a little pick me up to get me through the rest of my day. This meditation did just that! Thank you Dorothy! Namaste!
