Happiness

These sessions help me remember to not get fractured by external influences and make my happiness in that moment my responsibility. Just hearing these words from another human is so inspiring.

Choosing Happiness

Our brains are wired towards the negativity bias which is why we tend to focus on the negative in our lives. Our brain is like velcro for negative experiences, but teflon for positive experiences. Over time we can retrain our brain to focus on the positive by taking in the good. When a positive experience happens to you, take a couple of breaths to really let that feeling sink into your being. Stay with the experience for at least 5-10 seconds. Where our energy goes our energy flows. Everyday, we have a choice on how we want to show up in the world today. Today, I choose to focus on what is going right in my life which leads to feeling of happiness.

Timely

I have a lot of uncomfortable movement happening right now. But remembering that it is happening to move me forward is the reframing message I needed to hear. 🧡

I am the luckiest person I know! Today I will speak this and feel this. I am curious how speaking and feeling like the luckiest person I know will enlighten my life today.

It is easy to say and feel like I am the luckiest person I know!

Happy

I learned that I choose to be happy. I am in charge. Always think about gifts and not just the one problem that I may have. I love life!
