Human being
All day I have been a human doing. Running from one thing to another. I forgot I am a human being. This 3 minute meditation was just what I needed to help me relax for bedtime.

I noticed the difficulty of focusing solely on the breath without being distracted by thoughts. It was a challenge but a rewarding one. After a stressful day I feel more refreshed.

Sit and focus on the breath. That is all you need to do. If the mind wanders off then return to the breath without judgement

I feel sometimes unmotivated to wake up from lack of deep sleep. I seem to stress my body at night clinching hands and shrugging shoulders and clinching teeth so meditation in the morning is essential
