I can accept myself feeling anxious and stressed because that is a part of me.

Just as I am
I felt a sense of relaxation and peace to have a few moments of self scceptance because alot of times I give in to the worry about the past or future; or to the inner critic that wants to blame and continually replay past failures/mistakes. So to practice self acceptance and repeat the phrases the speaker uses helped to quiet the critic and allow me to have moments of self acceptance and a break from worry, self judgement and anxietyโค๏ธ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿพ

Come as you are, with all your imperfections, your anxieties, your grievances. Understand that all of these, makes the person that we are, not define us, no; it just built us stronger. Come, and accept yourself with all your flaws and faults, because there lies the strength to be & do better.

Radical Acceptance
I am bound to feel a hell of a lot more anxious if I deny or reject my anxiety. Pretending itโ€™s not there only exacerbates it, whereas if I acknowledge I am feeling a certain way, I am able to feel more acceptance and peace about it.

Simply beautiful! Acceptance is a useful tool in the mindfulness tool kit . Accepting who you are, in this moment, is a helpful tip. By becoming aware of feelings, thoughts and ideas, without judgement, but acceptance is healthy and good for your soul. Right Now! Thatโ€™s all that matters. I really liked this meditation! Peace...

Accepting self
I accepted myself an perfectly imperfect person.That makes me human. I am sensitive person, not good with communication, my emotions overpower me most of the time. Acknowledging it leads me to a better me. And I accept it as the way I am. I love myself.
