If at first you don't succeed Deep breath in exhale and breathe Only through past meditations have I harnessed the ability to focus as instructed in this meditation. I'm am so grateful for the ability to isolate and direct my thoughts in such away. My gout ravished feet and ankles. Both knees in desperate need of replacement surgery (one already replaced 20 years ago) hips that have sustained my 400 plus pounds frame for nearly 25 years. Broken ribs, arthritis stricken spine, and hands. Two fingers on my right hand numb for 3 years now, and this constant ringing in my right ear the passed three days (I see doctor tomorrow) Yet my mind is sharp, and through mere concentration and focus I just momentarily soothed it all. Thank you!! Namaste 🙏🏾

I am myself no matter the size, shape, look. I’ve been very down about myself and how much weight I’ve lost and all the muscle weight I’ve been losing due to anxiety and depression. So this session really helped me realized that everything’s perfect no matter what it is. If I have something to work on it’s okay, but it’s fine “just as it is”

Noticing every part of my body and not changing anything about it was very relaxing. I decided to do this medication in my bed, asleep and nearly fell asleep. Thankfully I realized that my alarm hadn’t been set yet! This was a very simple and rewarding meditation!

I do thing called Drawing Awareness every morning. After a moment of quiet, I do a body scan, and then mark on a figure drawing how my body is feeling that morning. I really like this meditation because the check in is methodical but quick. Guides my my focus. When I do this meditation I’m able to notice more about my body. I can more I can more accurately on the figure drawing represent what it is I’m feeling.

I started out this session feeling good...it was sad how my mind wandered frequently to find things to worry about. I had a very difficult time just letting my body be “just as it is”. Almost as if I sabotage myself to find things to distract me. I enjoyed his one because I realized this....it will improve

Anxious - No more
Initially I was feeling like this meditation was a waste of my time. I was feeling the anxiety of Christmas Eve day preparations before leaving to spend time with my family and the facilitator was prompting me “notice my toes”. Ugh, I thought to myself. With all I have to do, yet, I have to notice my toes?!? But as I allowed myself to go with the meditation, my mind focused on each body part and all of the anxiety I had been feeling dissipated. Now, I can go forward in the moment. This was just what I needed.

I’ve come to crave the 10 minutes I allow myself to just be. Alone with myself, quiet mind. Tuning out all the craziness, and focusing only on breath. It is absolutely amazing to me at how quick I can just slip into zen mode now, it is hands down the greatest gift I’ve given to myself. While this meditation is very simple, it’s also very effective. We all owe it to ourselves to take a step back and just be 💕

When I finally found it again, the app wouldn’t open it. I finally got it open and did the meditation again! Just as good the second time around! Erasing the pain
“When pain shows up, find somewhere to put it”. I am a runner, training for a half marathon and my legs and feet hurt everyday. As she took me through the meditation I visualized erasing all of the pain in various parts of my body. And even though she didn’t mention the heart, I added that in there too and erased the emotional pain I have in my heart. I’m feeling love today. I’m feeling calm, self assure, joyful. There is no pain. Everything is just as it is. As it should be.

I learned that I am perfectly imperfect! I am me just the way I am and my body is perfect just for me and does exactly what is designed to do and does it perfectly. From my head to my toes I am me and I accept who I am completely. God made me just as I am and there is no other person in this world like me. Which is what makes the world so incredible. We need to learn to embrace our uniqueness and differences! We are all human, no one is perfect but we need to accept that we are imperfectly perfect in God’s eyes so we need to accept ourselves just as God does, all that he created us to be and love who we are just as we are! This is a great mediation to start the day! Such a great reminder for everyone, especially living in this world today with social media and everything telling us to be a certain way and live a certain way, so much pressure for the younger generations. Just remember to be content with you are and where you are ✌🏻♥️🤟🏼🧘🏼‍♀️

• when I started focusing on my breath today, I found myself overthinking breathing which is always strange. I couldn’t tell if I was breathing according to my body’s normal breathing pattern or if I was focusing so hard on breathing that I was rushing my breath or pacing it. It just felt less natural. • I managed my thoughts and feelings well today. Noticed them, and moved on. Didn’t get distracted by thoughts or feelings at all. • I feel good.

I had a long week of not being ok with any aspect of my life or self. I was lashing out at every person in my life that lives and cares for me. Today that has stopped. I am ok with everything and there should be no reason I should be mad, upset or sad. I am blessed enough to be able to accept myself my situation and conscious and healthy enough to be able to bring about changes in anyway I wish. This meditation helped. Feel my arms, legs, back breath and just let it be. I have to let things be and if I really want I can make a change for the better.

I am just so grateful for the life I have, all the ups and downs, and all the in-between. They’re what make me, ME. Becoming aware of every body part and region and just letting it be as is makes me grateful for the body I have, including the type 1 diabetes. It’s what makes me, ME. I was just diagnosed a year ago, and I’m in my 20s. It was a shock, but it’s helped me to take care of myself more; in body and in mind. No matter what difficulties you have in life, know you’re not alone. God loves you, and is there to listen when you sincerely reach out to Him. There are many around you who love you, even if it may not seem like it at times. Remember, those difficulties you experience, are what make you, YOU. The difficulties are not you, but help mold a beautiful version of YOU. Seize this day! Make the most of it by being kind to yourself and others. Everything will work out. #ShareGoodness😊

Whenever something in life happened that could not be controlled; I took things personally like life had a deep hatred for me. My negative thinking made me not understand or accept that we as humans will go through good and bad life events that can’t be controlled. If bad things in life happen to just accept it as it is I understand it is easier said than done it’ll make you feel a hundred percent better. Accepting things for what they are is what keeps me sane and grounded

I found this meditation helped me to “let go and let be”. Especially things about myself, where I tend to be the most judgemental. This helped me to accept how things are, how I am, without needing to feel like I have to change them. A wonderful meditation!
