Judging Vs Preferences - The Differences

This is a short coaching tip that compares the thought process of Judgement and Preferences. One thought process breeds negativity and bleeds off our life force. The other gives us opportunities for spiritual growth and maturity. Sometimes these types of thoughts are very subtle. Either way, they have an effect on our energy systems.
