The morning meditation will guide you to find joy in the softness that rises when we finally release. Come now, dear heart, and rest awhile. Step out of the rush, the push, the mile. Let the noise dissolve, the pace unwind. There’s a gentler place you’ve yet to find. Breathe in slowly. Let your shoulders drop. Let your breath sigh. Let your muscles fall like leaves from a tree, loosening, softening, letting you be.
