The chakras are an energy system in our bodies, and keeping our chakras balanced can help our physical and mental health. This meditation is an introduction to the chakras, taking a journey through all seven chakras. As we focus our attention on each one, we will practice a simple chakra balancing technique.

Work on throat and possibly a lower chakra. Trust intuition and I felt there was less energy or movement.
