I'm sorry I left only a 2 star review, the problem was that I tried to do the meditation, but I began to throw up in the middle of it 🤢

I learned that I need to practice more often to get better at paying more attention to the guided meditations.

I was more awake after doing the meditation than I was before listening.

I felt sleepy after this because of the long pauses. I enjoyed the background soundscape but couldn’t really get into what she was saying... would have rather just listened to the peaceful water.

I found the references to awakening and my soul not sleeping very counter productive and distracting and am now more awake not less

While I was Doing the meditation I was memorizing rules and formulas for my test tomorrow. I hope I do well after getting rid of stress!

This one wasn’t that good but it was peaceful and it didn’t make me sleep but it did make me less anxious.

While I really liked the background sounds, the intervals that the guide spoke would shock me back from the brink of sleep. I did fall asleep listening to the background sounds shortly after the session was done.
