Not hypnosis?
I couldn't really get started with this one because I found my anxiety increasing so intensely. She is reciting some sort of poetry and leaving very long pauses between half/unfinished sentences. I'm not sure what this is.

I felt the feeling of anxiety and my mind drift towards sleep
I learned I need. For wellbeing and wellness I need sleep. I can’t continue compromising my sleep playing out unknowns, reactions, disappointment while trying to sleep. It’s like I torture myself

The stopping and then restarting of the spoken word kept startling me awake after the sounds bad soothed me into a light sleep. I like this presenter a lot, but I had to switch to another session to help me sleep.

Hypnosis helps settle my thoughts. The breathing and meditation is helpful. If I like one I will do it over and over. I stick to the ones I really connect with.
