I noticed a change in the feeling in my chest, when we re-framed the goals. It shifted from a tense heavy ball of frustration and too difficult, to something that was present, and current. Something I was already enjoying.
Manifested the future
I realize I never really sit down and focus on my desires and dreams nowadays. It is encouraging to think about this again!
