As we create more perceived safety within, the jaw can then follow and relax as well. It's very simple in many ways. However, do remember: daily consistency beats a single practice every time. This is why it's important to come back to this one or similar tracks to check in and build safety within yourself. Don't worry if your jaw is not yet ready to relax much - this can take time.
