Enjoy an Attention Restoration Meditation break at least every 90 minutes at work. Give your mind a self-compassion break so that you can resume work with renewed focus. Put aside the time needed to be fully with this meditation and use earphones so that you can block out noise in your environment. After enjoying the meditation, give yourself a few moments to sit and simply “be.” Nature sounds courtesy of listeningearth.com. Jacky winter
Wondered what they meant. After realizing it is bird sounds it must be a bird. Enjoyed the sounds of birdsong to start my day.

Occupying
I guess my mind was so occupied with listening to all the different bird calls it really did not have time to think any original thoughts. And I am ok with that.

In anticipation of things, I miss out on experiencing the present moment. Be present to what is.
Stay present and enjoy what is here and now. Be present to my feelings, thoughts, attitudes. Check in with myself. Be present of my environment. Slow down. Breathe.

Be present
Anticipation of the future causes me to miss the present moment. Tune in to here and now. This is reality. Enjoy and appreciate it. Check in to how I’m feeling, thinking and my attitude. Be present of my environment. Be here now

Nature Sounds
It’s dark, overcast. It’s also 32-degrees and freezing rain. School’s closed, the roads are a mess. I love dark, cold weather … but it’s nice to have a peak at the tropics. 😉

Bird sounds
A snowy day here, with lots of accumulation and so this was perfectly restorative for me. Just what I was looking for. Thanks

I learn d I appreciated myself more than I imagined. I do go out and walk with confidence.
It feels good to know that I found this out in such a small and simple mediation.

I learned that stress is not meant to be bottled up and you need to let it all out

Mind Drifter
I learned that... I have a hard time staying in the present and listening to the sounds around me. My mind is constantly drifting to what I need to get done the next day, dieting, etc. It seems as if it's main job is to stress me out when i need to be proud of the things I got done that day.

Sounds
Just relaxing a bit with relaxing sounds is sometimes relieving more than being talked to.
