Jack And The Beanstalk

This is the classic, Jack and The Beanstalk. It's an English fairytale that first appeared under a different name in 1734. Then again, it popped up with a different title in 1807. It wasn't until 1845 that it began to seep into societal consciousness. "Jack" got a rewrite in 1890 and it's this version that is most commonly reprinted today. I've recreated it here with character voices. The giant is suitably intimidating. However, there are no truly scary bits, just good drama. Safe for children 5 and up.
