Today, let us pause and remember the lives lost to suicide, acknowledge those who have experienced suicidal thoughts, and the many individuals, families, and communities who have been impacted by suicide. I asked my good friend, who has been personally impacted by suicide, to write this meditation as a gentle offering of support. If you or someone you know could use them, please listen and share. This morning meditation will guide you to learn to love yourself in the wildest weather. If you feel you need someone to talk with right now, you are not alone.
