Control of Feelings
Oftentimes we look for how we want to feel in outer circumstances. We also tell ourselves if we can change our outer circumstances then we will be happy. Yes, this can bring short term happiness. However, you will continue to look for the next high. By meditating once a day for 10-20 minutes over time this will help us control how we want to feel. Having a daily gratitude practice will help us see our life is full of abundance.In order to get rid of the feelings you don’t want it is necessary to do the inner work to heal any past traumas. Even the smallest shift in perspective can bring about the greatest healing.
I ‘ve suffered alot from my feelings i used to told my self hurtful words about my body w hair and
Evev the way i live ,but I understand that my feelings are the problem love ur self please and appreciate everything you have because when it’s gone u will blame urself
I’m unhappy
I can’t change others and trying to change them is making me unhappy. It may be time to move on in my life
Seems like such a small word, but it’s huge in my mind. Materialistic things are not what makes a person happy. Over the past several years, I’ve learned that this coach is absolutely correct. It’s being grateful for where our lives are now, and to sincerely appreciate others. Those are 2 keys to manifesting true contentment & satisfaction.

My perspective on things. I keep the wrong mindset. I need to be skinnier, have more money, this or that. And I don’t!
Happiness is an Inside Job
Happiness is a choice. I have to make daily use of my happy journal. I am what I think. My daily ANTS need to be halted. I easier go toward the negative but want to work harder at sitting in the positive.

I’m learning about letting go of stress
Meditation is always good for helping me relax and stay calm and quiet while I sleep and I feel like I’m learning about stress and anxiety and I feel like meditation is working my friend Jason is always saying god give Margo a good hug so she will feel better and it helps me calm down and sometimes I feel like I’m less stressed out and sometimes I feel less tired and less sad because I’m always getting meditations done and I love them
