Control of Feelings
Oftentimes we look for how we want to feel in outer circumstances. We also tell ourselves if we can change our outer circumstances then we will be happy. Yes, this can bring short term happiness. However, you will continue to look for the next high.
By meditating once a day for 10-20 minutes over time this will help us control how we want to feel. Having a daily gratitude practice will help us see our life is full of abundance.In order to get rid of the feelings you don’t want it is necessary to do the inner work to heal any past traumas. Even the smallest shift in perspective can bring about the greatest healing.
