It really is going to be okay. Whatever it is that you are currently going through, there will be light at the end of the tunnel. I know things may seem hard right now and maybe like there is no way out but if you persevere then you will do just fine. In this meditation we are going to be focusing on the mantra 'it's going to be okay'. In doing so this will help us with confidence, self-belief, motivation, and inspiration towards the future.
