'Calmness may be best felt as your out breath.'  Witness the calm as you focus on the natural rhythm of your breath, softening, soothing - in your body.  Use this meditation any time you need to feel calm in mind and body.  Namaste!! Music Credit: slam duck kepler 452b (original mix)

Slowly Calms
I learned that slowing breathing actually does calm you. This meditation was very helpful in providing me with a genuine feeling of calmness rather than merely imagining the calm.

In Between Clients
I’m an Adapted Physical Education Specialist, and I just tried this meditation technique as I was left one client and prepared to work with another. I must say, it worked well because i just sat down, did the breathing, and am ready for the next adventure my client has for me,...

Into Calm
Slow down your breath to become calm. Slowimg the breath quiets the mind. It gives you focus. It takes you out of the fight or flight mode.

Calm
I had to come back to the breath over and over but once I focused, I could feel the loosening and relaxation of the out breath and my mind slowed.

Breath
I am learning how important breath is to our emotions. I hold my breath while I'm busy. Today I will focus my awareness on breath frequently.

Focusing on Exhale
Calmness may be felt best through your out breath. Take a deep inhale in...pause...and then slowly exhale all the way. After doing this several times, I could feel the waves of calm washing over me taking away the busyness of the day with it. This was a wonderful session to reconnect and center myself. I am feeling relaxed and refreshed. I will continue focusing on the exhale while practicing tai chi. Namaste 🙏
